About Us
Park Property Management and Sales was founded in March 2004. We have over 20 years of experience in the Vacation Rental and Property Management business.
Gaining experience from construction, mechanical systems, and construction management prompted us to expand our services and expertise into property management.
Terry Sandmeier, Broker-Owner of Park Property Management and Sales, is a licensed Colorado broker and offers range, flexibility, and expertise to provide multiple real estate services.
We are a local company servicing the Park County and Chaffee County areas: Fairplay, Alma, Buena Vista, Twin Lakes, Nathrop, Hartsel, Jefferson, and Como. We thrive to provide you honest, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional, property management and real estate services.
Our goal is to provide each guest with the ultimate memorable vacation experience. We train and work side by side with our staff and concierge service providers. What makes us unique is we are in our rental homes almost each and every week–sometimes more often–even staying in the homes ourselves. We know the ins and outs of each home, allowing us to communicate with our homeowners on repairs and upgrades. Communicating on a regular basis with our homeowners is essential as all our properties must meet Park Property Management standards.
In addition to Park Property Management’s short-term, vacation rental program, we also provide second home care services for homeowners preferring not to rent out their homes, long term rental programs where we provide complete management for housing of tenants for 1+ month to yearly leases, and broker services for purchasing or selling your home.
