Tenant Application and Information
If you would like to apply for one of our properties, you must submit an application with a non-refundable application fee of $45.
We conduct a credit and background check for everyone over 18 years of age who will be residing in the property.
We do not have a minimum credit score to determine if you would be considered a tenant. We are looking for past history and track record on your credit and understand bad things can happen to good people.
Acceptance or decline of your application is made case by case. We weigh acceptance heavily on work history, rental history, and other factors that would establish responsible and honest tenants.
Some factors that may reject your application are multiple collections, significant debt to income ratio, felonies, and violent crimes. If you have questions about being eligible to rent, please contact us.
If you are accepted as a tenant, then a signed lease and, in most cases, first month’s rent and a security deposit will be required to secure the property. This will be discussed with the leasing agent.
