Long Term Rental Application

I, the undersigned applicant, authorize landlord or Owner’s agent to order and review my credit and criminal history and investigate the accuracy of the information contained in the application. I further authorize all banks, employers, creditors, credit card companies, references, and any and all other persons to provide to Landlord and all information concerning my credit. I declare the foregoing to be true and correct. I authorize its verification and the obtaining of a credit report. I agree that the landlord may terminate any agreement entered into based on any misinformation provided on this application. Park Property Management has informed me that they are working as an Agent solely on behalf of the property owner. Owner’s Agent is contracted to lease and/or manage the subject property. Owner’s Agent has fiduciary duties to the owner, which include reasonable care, undivided loyalty, confidentiality and full disclosure. Owner’s Agent must act honestly and fairly. Owner’s Agent must also disclose any facts of a material nature affecting the habitability of the property that are actually known by the Agent. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received, read and understand the information contained in this disclosure statement. This statement was given to me at the time the Agent began providing specific assistance in leasing real estate.

This application is for qualification purposes only and does not in any way guarantee the applicant that he/she will be offered this property. Application fees are non-refundable. Applicant understands that Park Property Management, Inc. can and will accept more than one application on this rental property and in our sole discretion will select the best-qualified tenant. Any application with missing information will not be processed.
