Every season in the Colorado high country is spectacular. The winter season not only boasts spectacular ski conditions but an array of activities, festivals, and ski/snowboard competitions.

Great ski resorts like Breckenridge, Monarch, Ski Cooper, and many others are within 30 minutes to and an hour drive from most of our properties!

Our properties are less than a two-hour drive west of Denver while the Mosquito Range and Sawatch Range stretch out beside them. Many massive 14,000 foot peaks surround the sprawling valleys, providing thrilling vistas of snow-capped peaks.

In the summer months, we have everything a Colorado mountain adventurer would want! Whether, sightseeing, hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, horseback riding, wildlife watching, playing golf, or summiting a 14,000 ft peak, there are endless options for everyone. Downtown Buena Vista, Fairplay, and  Breckenridge present a full calendar of outdoor summer festivals, along with galleries, shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
