Terry demonstrates strong proactive communication and follows through 100% with any commitment he makes. Over the years, Terry has had connections within the community to resolve any and every issue with our home in a timely and cost-effective manner.
-
Terry is very familiar with the rental and sellers market in the local area, and gave great guidance on monthly rental comparatives, necessary deposits, cost sharing with the tenant on home improvements, and ultimately what the home eventually sold for.
-
Park property has always acted responsibly and in my best interest. The company does a great job of vetting rental candidates and handling any operational issues. I highly recommend Park Property to anyone needing assistance in renting a property, either for a short term or long term rental period.

When we decided to sell our property, Terry was the logical real estate agent and went above and beyond to aid in ensuring our home was in sell condition. After a decade of tenant use, it was ready for an overhaul, and this is where Terry‘s resourcefulness, connections, follow through, again, came in to play. Terry handled all aspects of the sale on our behalf and we received a very fair price and a smooth closing.

Our family has worked directly with Terry since 2012. During that time, Terry has been an incredible hands-on rental property manager. One of the most unique aspects of our working relationship is it has been entirely 100% virtual. If you are looking for someone to care for your home as you would yourself, Park Property is the only place you need to look.
